Perspectiva Temporis invites original scholarly contributions that align with the journal's thematic and methodological scope. We welcome research characterized by theoretical depth, analytical novelty, and the rigorous application of modern humanities methodologies.
Submissions must be previously unpublished and not currently under consideration by any other publication.
Aims and Scope: Content Requirements
We accept original research focusing on:
- Historical analysis of socio-cultural processes;
- Key issues in historical anthropology and macrosociology;
- Historical and cultural dynamics;
- Studies of everyday life, local practices, and cultural meanings;
- Frontier and borderland spaces;
- Intercultural and civilizational interactions;
- Theoretical and methodological issues within the humanities.
Priority is given to interdisciplinary and comparative research, as well as works that effectively integrate micro- and macro-levels of analysis.
Publication Types
The journal accepts the following types of submissions:
- Research Articles: Theoretical and empirical studies (approx. 20,000–48,000 characters / 0.5–1.2 author’s sheets).
- Review Articles: Analytical overviews of current trends and literature (0.7–1.5 author’s sheets).
- Conceptual Essays: Hypotheses and new interpretations (0.4–0.8 author’s sheets).
- Book Reviews: Critical reviews of scholarly monographs and edited collections (0.4–0.8 author’s sheets).
- Scholarly Translations: Significant foreign texts accompanied by analytical commentary (0.5–1.2 author’s sheets).
The final word count is determined by the Editorial Board in accordance with the publication type.
