- Guaranteeing the quality of published materials;
- Systematic efforts toward the journal's development;
- Ensuring freedom of expression for authors and reviewers;
- Guaranteeing the protection of intellectual property rights;
- Encouraging and supporting scientific integrity and honesty;
- Prioritizing materials that meet high intellectual standards and contain fundamentally new scientific information;
- Ensuring anonymity in the "author–reviewer" relationship;
- Developing recommendations, rules, and forms for manuscript peer review;
- Implementing mechanisms for resolving and eliminating any conflicts of interest;
- Promptly publishing corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies when necessary.
